Solving Problems with Creative Solutions

Our Mission: Create and Build Beautiful Brands with a Purpose.

As designers, marketers, and artists we enjoy creating. We believe that solving problems with creative solutions results in incredible outcomes for everyone — our clients, their customers, and our team.

Keeping It Organic

In October of 2018 we launched the Ohio Sober Living Network and at one point managing social for over 42 nonprofits, and  8 small businesses with a combines audience of over 1.5 million across and dozen states. Using Facebook groups as an intimate setting for direct to direct advertising, all organic.

With all those NPO's I had access to I would see a whole other side to the wonderful world of social media marketing a strategy that is organic, direct and inexpensive by simply turning your business profile into a broadcasting outlet or channel flooded with content pushing algorithms and expanding reach.

The Beginning

The age-old saying goes, “Rome wasn’t built in a day.” The same can be said about our company. The idea of turning your side hustle into a full-time career is overwhelming. Questions race through your mind. Can I afford this? Do I have enough experience? Where will I find the clients? Where do you even start?  This is where we
were at last year.

The answer to all of the endless questions is quite simple; it doesn’t matter, start somewhere.

It's a blessing to have goals and dreams, but unless you take steps in the direction of those, they remain just ideas. If we are not focusing on the cross in the process, the goals we do achieve will not last.

In the beginning, every time I met a prospective client or received a new project, I approached it with the attitude of “hey, this is fun creative work.” I never expected or planned to do this full-time, but here we are.

I have always been a fan of the arts. I believe it's because I have always had a hard time conveying emotion, and I found the arts as way for me to escape. Channeling those feelings into the creative is how I deal with, and  express those feeling.

Make it Happen

There are three types of people in this world: those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who wonder what happened.” We believe in making things happen. We want to make it happen for our clients, partners, and ourselves. Our team offers a highly personalized approach to work. We seek to build relationships that last long after a project is completed. We thoughtfully prepare for the unexpected while exceeding expectations. We seek opportunities around us; to challenge ourselves and others to be better.

Relationships Matter

Most of our business comes from referrals. It started with family members, transitioned to friends, then friends of friends, and so on. If we want our clients to trust, learn, and love, then we must be willing to do so ourselves.
You are not simply another client when you work with us. You are a member of our team. You are a critical part of the culture we are creating. You come to us for guidance and support. We offer help when it's needed and even when it’s not needed. We treat clients, partners, and team members the way we expect to be treated. Relationships are the heart of any business, and we make it a priority to ensure our relationship with you is the best it can be.

It all started with a nonprofit...

FAQ
  • DO YOU PROVIDE FREE ESTIMATES?
Yes we are happy to provide all clients with a free estimate. With that said, in order to put together a formal proposal, we typically schedule a phone call, video conference, or meet in person to better understand the scope and needs. If you'd like a project estimate, please fill out a contact form and we will be in touch.
  • HOW MUCH DOES A LOGO COST?
The short answer is: it depends. No two logo projects are alike simply because no two businesses are alike. Each project is specific to the individual case use and requires varying levels of information in order to best answer this question. Schedule a short phone call or meeting with our team to discuss your needs and we can create a formal proposal.
  • DO YOU OFFER LOWER RATES FOR SMALLER BUSINESSES OR NON-PROFITS?
Our rates are the same, whether you are a one-person shop or multi-million dollar business. We're lucky to be a small team with relatively low overhead. You'll find that our rates are incredibly competitive compared to larger agencies. We have intentionally kept rates competitive so that we can continue to work with small business owners, entrepreneurs, startups, and non-profits. Our entire mission is built around crafting high-quality creative work and partnering with clients who are as equally passionate about their work and community.
  • HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT USUALLY TAKE?
Similar to pricing, the length of a project depends on the scope of the project. Most work can be completed in a matter of weeks or a few months. We pride ourselves on doing work quickly and in a timely manner, but we also will never sacrifice quality for speed. We understand some projects can become rushed so if you have a specific timeline in mind, please share it with us, and we'll be upfront about whether or not we can meet your deadline.
  • HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR PRICES AFFORDABLE COMPARED TO COMPETITORS?
We can offer very competitive rates due to our small team and low overhead. We specifically created our business to uniquely position ourselves to support small to medium sized clients at a lower cost, while maintaining the highest level of creative talent and client experience throughout the process.
  • ARE YOU HIRING?
Unfortunately, we are not. We built the business to stay intentionally small to provide the best service and products to our clients. That is not to say we don't employ part-time freelancers, so check in from time to time.
  • WHAT IS YOUR HOURLY RATE?
We do not quote projects by the hour. We have found over time that a majority of our clients prefer to know the total project cost upfront so customize quotes based on each specific project rather than by the hour. This creates transparency of the total project cost at the onset.
  • I WANT TO SELL MY HOME WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Typically most people contact a realtor. This has been the standard practice. My experience has taught me that for realtors and investors our ignorance is bliss. I recommend talking with a consultant about your specific situation. It is important to understand the process especially when it comes to determining the value of your home. Keep in mind your realtor wants you to buy period, and investors typically beat you up willl "repair and rehab costs. Our consultation is free.
  • DOES THE CONDITION OF MY HOME MATTER?
No, the condition of your home will not prevent you from selling. In fact this is where most investors and wholesalers love to get involved for pennys on the dollar. It does play a role in your asking price. Most if not all investors look at the potential "ARV' after repair value of the home.
